Annual plans are billed once a year at the discounted per-editor rate shown on this page — roughly two months free compared with paying monthly. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.

Anyone who can create highlights, tags, themes or reports. Viewers, commenters and people you share reports with are not counted.

Nothing stops working. Uploads continue to be stored and you can still highlight existing transcripts; new transcriptions pause until the next cycle or until you add an hours pack.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and your data stays intact.
